Description

You are stuck inside the house for months together. Suddenly, you feel the dark energies in the house soaring high and overpowering your good, old happy life. Things in your house have been mysteriously rearranged. It seems like this mysterious energy has a way around new-age technology too. Your house ceases to feel like your own peaceful haven.

To maintain your mental wellbeing, you want to overcome this evil force (That has forcibly locked you in) and escape the house to end your prolonged HomeVas.

Benefits

  • Trust and respect
    1. Getting to know one’s work colleagues better personally helps to develop trust. When your employees come to learn of each other's capabilities and interests, this will lead to better collaboration with tasks and improved morale.
    2. While working together on problem-solving tasks in this game, a level of respect is gained between employees because they can see that their colleagues are there to help them and they can also identify skills and qualities that each other have.
  • Increased productivity
Better communication and collaboration will have a positive knock-on effect on productivity levels. By working together on a common goal, duplication of work is decreased, there is less friction and resistance, and therefore better output from each staff member.
  • Improving communication
This exercise encourages staff to communicate with each other to complete tasks and solve problems. By putting people in a fun and relaxing environment outside the workplace, they will be encouraged to relax, be themselves and open up to others.
  • Encourages innovative thinking
Employees will need to use soft skills not normally utilised in the workplace (i.e. problem-solving, creativity)  to complete this activity.
  • Employee engagement
By involving employees in collaborative activities, they will be encouraged to interact more and in future meetings in the workplace.
  • Identification of leadership qualities
Employers and managers will be able to identify leaders within the workforce while taking part in this activity as they take charge of problem-solving tasks, and work with and encourage other members of the team.
  • Greater task delegation skills
Employees must identify strengths amongst themselves, delegate tasks and communicate effectively to find solutions to the puzzles.
  • Goal setting
By setting achievable goals within the game and accomplishing them, employees will gain a sense of fulfilment, further encouraging them to set goals within the workplace.
